Although I specialize in working with mature clients, whose bodies are starting to show the usual effects of aging, I also work with younger clients to help defer and offset those effects by using strength, flexibility, and balance training. I also work with clients with arthritis, diabetes, high blood pressure and other common conditions.
Personal training can be done in your home or at your office. We will use exercise bands, balls, free weights and/or body weight techniques for strength training. We will also use exercises to improve your balance and flexibility. We will determine the best method to improve your cardiovascular capacity. If you participate in several sports, or in one particular sport, we can design an exercise program to maximize the necessary skills.
